We’ll request some basic information from you to get a general understanding of your condition before arranging an appointment. We offer a completely secure digital service for registering, managing and booking appointments, so all your information will be stored in the one secure place once you’ve joined.
If you have a referral you can upload it to our our Book an Appointment page. Or you can email it directly to us at [email protected]. Your doctor can also download and submit one of our referral forms via our Referrals page. We will be in touch with you shortly to arrange the next steps.
If you are an existing or former patient of Anodyne, you can Book an Appointment online. Please ensure your referral is up to date if you are wanting to claim a Medicare or health insurance rebate. We will soon be releasing a new feature where you’ll be able to manage any existing appointments online (Coming Soon – 2021).
